GREAT TASTE AWARDS

Great news , we have just won a gold award with The Guild of Fine Food - Great Taste Awards, for our free range whole chickens and our packs of two free range chicken breasts. Great Taste Awards are awarded from The Guild of Fine Food, nearly 4800 products were judged this year involving over 160 experts in five location over 24 days.

FARMERS MARKETS

We attend the following farmers markets:-

First Saturday of month - Presteigne and Craven Arms

Second Saturday of month - Knighton

Third Saturday of month - Bishops Castle

Fourth Thursday of month - Ludlow

Fourth Saturday of month - Knighton

Last Friday of the month - Oswestry

We attend some primary school markets in Mid Wales which are as follows:

Oct 24th - Llanidloes CP School

Nov 28th - Dolfor CP School

Dec 3rd - Llandinam CP School

Dec 10th - Machynlleth CP School

Dec 12th - Aberhafesp CP School

We are attending Llanidloes Food Festival on Saturday November 8th and Aberystwyth Christmas Fayre on Saturday December 20th.

FREE RANGE BRONZE TURKEYS

For Christmas 2008 we are rearing free range bronze turkeys.

The birds are expected to be between 10lbs and 16lbs, supplied oven ready together with giblets in a presentation box with a sprig of seasonal herbs.
